KAPAA collaborated with USAID/RDMA to enhance indoor environmental quality at their Bangkok headquarters. To ensure data-driven results, our team conducted a comprehensive diagnostic of the existing workspace using high-precision HVAC acquisition instruments. This rigorous investigation allowed us to pinpoint specific inefficiencies within the climate control systems.

By implementing strategic, low-impact interventions, we successfully elevated both thermal comfort and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) to meet stringent ASHRAE 55 and 62.1 standards. Our approach prioritized high-performance results with minimal disruption to the property owner’s assets, delivering a healthier, more productive office environment through technical expertise and precise execution.
